At Levoit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our air purifiers, humidifiers, and home wellness products. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Levoit product in its original packaging, including all filters, accessories, and manuals that were included.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring all previous labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
